When arriving at the appointment, the service man said they no longer do emissions testing and that it was a call center that booked the appointment. When I responded that they should tell the call center that this center no longer does emissions testing, the man just responded “that would be like calling Santa.” Incredibly rude. Do not trust that any appointments will be honored because the appointments are not made by the local service center.

They were busy and told me it probably wouldn’t be done day of which I appreciated because there is nothing worse then expecting something a certain time and it not happening. Only negative was being put on hold for 22 minutes. There was a secondary issue and I had to bring it back Thursday and they did it right then and there. Thank you!
