  I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and arrived right at 7:30. The illuminated “Open” sign in the window was on, and the lights inside were on as well. When I tried to open the door, it was locked. The employee at the front desk was sitting at his desk, looked at me through the door, and instead of coming to explain anything, he made a “cut it” gesture across his neck to signal that I couldn’t come in. I mouthed “7:30” to indicate I had a 7:30 appointment, but he didn’t respond or say anything at all. I completely understand if they weren’t quite ready to open the doors yet, but a simple explanation or polite communication would have gone a long way. The gesture and lack of response felt rude and unprofessional. Customer service matters, especially first thing in the morning. This interaction left a very negative impression.

  I arrived without an appointment to have an emissions test performed on my car as requested by the DMV. The attendant was very helpful said I did not need the test because my car was a ‘24. He performed a VIN number verification and I was in my way. I was very happy with his level if concern and helpfulness.

  Gerry (manager) and Patrick were a huge help in getting my car fixed in an emergency just before the recent blizzard. The pricing was fair, they helped me get financing, and the work is solid. My car is road safe again, and they gave it a full inspection so I know what repairs are needed next. I would happily go back again!

  Showed up 11 and car wa fixed by early afternoon Install a new muffler bracket in jeep wrangler willy but Jerry Garcia noticed a right rear shock steel bracket had come out of alignment and was running in tire. They caught it fixed it in timely manner for $213 ok 179/ hr rate seems high but how does one price convenience and competency? Will return 🌞
