In no time he had me set up with a tow to his shop, had a quick but thorough analysis, and solved my problems for me. Was transparent and stayed in great communication through the process. Pricing was reasonable and the work was worth every penny. Highly recommend Croce!
- LFlauren fisherFeb 10, 20261.0Where to begin. When I booked my appt I was told that I had an 8am appt so I dropped my car off the night before. By mid morning the next day I called for an update and was told they were clearing the bay to start my car and that I would receive a call shortly with an update. The entire day goes by and I give another call at 3:45PM (they close at 4:30PM) to find out what's going on and I was told once again that they were clearing the bay to look at my car. I told them this was unacceptable with an 8am appt and they gave me a stock response about having multiple cars to look at and that my appt time essentially doesn't reflect when they will be looking at my car. I get a phone call an hour later when they are closing with the update. I was so upset with the service that I decided to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion and we were told that I owe just short of $300. When asked what the charge was for, we were told that they worked on my car for over 3 hours which is a flat out LIE given the above timeline. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE - GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Tony and the team quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through the options while allowing me to do a physical inspection of the issue. Unfortunately the issue was major and we decided on a motor replacement for reliability and longevity. Everything was done with OEM parts. After 6 months and roughly 5,000 miles it still runs better than new. Not a single leak or issue. Would definitely recommend and use Croce again.
