    They hooked my car up to check my battery and one red warning light on dash EPS, they were able to let me know my battery was good. Someone had told me it wasn't so I had to check for peace of mind. They gave me a printout of the parts needed. Thank you.

    Poor poor poor customer service. After looking for a product myself I approached an employee behind the counter asking for help and explained I just looked in the aisle that he is referring me to. He had no intent of offering me to look and refused to come help me find the part. Waste of an employee. Ownership should take notice. Wasting your revenue this way.

    Clueless staff. Tried to buy car battery. They were arguing that they can't do it, I have to go dealer for it, even after I assure them that I did myself in past w/o problem. Went to Advance Auto and they installed battery in minutes without hassle.
