  After breaking down we had the car towed to Croce's. Once Tony confirmed we needed a rebuilt transmission it was a big decision to have it done or junk the car. We decided it was worth the replacement. Throughout the process we were kept informed of the cost and timing. Tony, AJ, and the Croce team were a pleasure to work with - honest and efficient. The car runs beautifully. The cherry on top was Tony's staff thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out. Don't hesitate doing business with Croce!

  Just Outstanding, Friendly, helpful, communicated with me thru out the service. Car was done when promised and car was cleaner when I picked it up. 2020 Acura MDX timing belt replacement and maintenance. Reasonable price Tony, MaryAnn, Christina, and AJ are a First Class team Communicated service, price, and ETA - all promised were kept. I recommend everyone with a Vehicle that needs service come to Croce's First. Thank you.

  Tony at Croce was a lifesaver. I called on a Saturday morning while the shop was closed after my car broke down on Friday night. In no time he had me set up with a tow to his shop, had a quick but thorough analysis, and solved my problems for me. Was transparent and stayed in great communication through the process. Pricing was reasonable and the work was worth every penny. Highly recommend Croce!

  Where to begin. When I booked my appt I was told that I had an 8am appt so I dropped my car off the night before. By mid morning the next day I called for an update and was told they were clearing the bay to start my car and that I would receive a call shortly with an update. The entire day goes by and I give another call at 3:45PM (they close at 4:30PM) to find out what's going on and I was told once again that they were clearing the bay to look at my car. I told them this was unacceptable with an 8am appt and they gave me a stock response about having multiple cars to look at and that my appt time essentially doesn't reflect when they will be looking at my car. I get a phone call an hour later when they are closing with the update. I was so upset with the service that I decided to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion and we were told that I owe just short of $300. When asked what the charge was for, we were told that they worked on my car for over 3 hours which is a flat out LIE given the above timeline. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE - GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
