    Hello, I just have one complaint about the woman working the first shift. She's rude and treats people very poorly. She should be fired because as a customer service representative, she's a terrible employee. I'm going to file a complaint with your company because this isn't the first time she's treated me like this, as if I were something strange. You shouldn't have this type of person working in customer service. I'm also complaining because every time I go, she treats me terribly. If you don't take action regarding this woman's behavior, I'll file a complaint to have her removed. I've been a customer for years, and no one has ever treated me the way this woman has, and I haven't seen it with other people either. You shouldn't have that woman in that position because, honestly, as a customer service representative, she's a terrible employee. Thank you. I hope action is taken on this matter.
