  Ongoing Safety Issue, No Resolution After 7 Months I had my windshield replaced at the North Haven Safelite location on 9/10/2025, and since then I’ve had persistent sensor and calibration issues. I’ve returned twice for recalibration, and the problem still has not been resolved. I’ve also spoken with two managers who assured me that a Quality Manager would contact me — that never happened. It has now been over 7 months with no resolution. This is not just an inconvenience — it’s a safety concern, as these sensors are tied to driver assistance systems. I expected a professional installation and proper calibration, but instead I’ve had to continuously follow up with no results. At this point, I’m simply asking Safelite to either fix the issue correctly or refund the service. I hope this review helps prompt a resolution.

  I was told it would take an hour and a half. I went back after two hours, My car wasn’t ready so I went for another hour. After four hours, my car was ready, but they forgot to put on my wiper blades. So I had to wait for that.

  Was able to schedule a windshield replacement in a relatively short period of time after a storm. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
