  We had a great experience with the sales process at Gengras. Hats off to Ryan Zucker who worked with us to understand our needs, recommend potential options, and worked to get us the best possible deal. We had purchased two vehicles from Ryan when he was at Danbury Volvo. My wife and I were so pleased with his service and demeanor that, though the dealership is an hour from our home, we sought him out at Gengras so we could work with him again.   We just purchased a car with the help of Ryan in sales. Ryan was patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was upfront and honest about pricing, options and what to expect- something we really appreciated when making such a big decision.   My recent purchase of a used car from Gengras Volvo was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership in my life! The entire process from setting up a test drive appt to driving away in my newly registered vehicle was so smooth and easy. Ryan was very courteous and patient as he promptly answered every question I had during the sales process. When it came time to discuss finance options and warranties, Julian was extremely helpful and explained in great detail each of the possible options I had to choose from. Julian's knowledge and expertise made this step of the car-buying process seem like a walk in the park! Overall, 10/10 experience; I highly recommend Gengras Volvo to anyone looking for an easy and straight forward car-buying experience!
