Receptionist is polite and more importantly honest with the time lines, and the Safelite technician “Luis” who worked on my company vehicle did an awesome job, was polite, and explained the “do’s and don’ts” of just having a windshield replaced and I appreciate that. Appointment was scheduled for 10am and I was done around noon. Waiting area has coffee, TV, WiFi, and restrooms. Definitely a 5 star experience.
