He was fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had. The first place I was using were very good, but Hugo was fantastic and really went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations during this unfortunate and stressful time. I have been going there ever since. Hugo is wonderful at customer service and is also an excellent technician at recommending and installing sound systems and custom lighting in a luxury vehicle.
