They did so by stating the oil was “dark” and asking customers if they smell burning oil, and suggest that their engine is burning oil. The best part was that they’re had the same script every time, as if all of our engines were burning oil. The oil is dark because it’s designed to clean your engine and suspend contaminants in the oil. It should be the only your engine needs. Almost all car manufacturers recommend NOT flushing your engine because it can break seals and dislodge beneficial sludge and harm your engine. Be careful with this place, they do not care about your car.
