  My recent purchase of a used car from Gengras Volvo was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership in my life! The entire process from setting up a test drive appt to driving away in my newly registered vehicle was so smooth and easy. Ryan was very courteous and patient as he promptly answered every question I had during the sales process. When it came time to discuss finance options and warranties, Julian was extremely helpful and explained in great detail each of the possible options I had to choose from. Julian's knowledge and expertise made this step of the car-buying process seem like a walk in the park! Overall, 10/10 experience; I highly recommend Gengras Volvo to anyone looking for an easy and straight forward car-buying experience!

  My husband and I recently purchased an XC90 and had one of the best dealership experiences we've ever had! In the past, we never walked out of a dealership without buying because the pressure was always there. This time was completely different. There was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Ryan Zucker, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He made the experience very comfortable and straightforward, which we really appreciated! Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!!

  I had a great experience working with Ryan Zucker. Over the course of about 9 months, he consistently stayed in touch and was proactive in reaching out with different deals and opportunities. He wasn’t afraid to present ideas and walk through options with me, which I really appreciated. The level of customer service Ryan provided was truly unmatched and made the entire car buying experience seamless and stress free. He helped me compare different vehicles, not just Volvos, and provided thoughtful insights across brands so I could find the vehicle that best fit my needs. Ryan took the time to build a real relationship and never pressured the process.   I have wanted to turn my car in for a while, but never really thought an suv was my style. Ryan helped me in a very non-pushy way (like some I meet in the real estate world) and I felt instantly comfortable. We test drove 2 vehicles and landed on the XC60 which I LOVE. Thank you Ryan, it felt like working with a friend!
