Got a phone call the day of pickup(day after the holiday), a half hour before pickup, that they had no rental for me. Call came from an unidentified number - not listed as Enterprise, so I didn’t answer. When I got to Enterprise, not only did they not have my rental but they had nothing to replace it with. Offered me something at 4 in the afternoon in Berlin when I was only specifically supposed to have the rental until 5. Finally, almost 2 hrs later, they got me a rental but in Wallingford. They told me I would have to go pick it up myself and that they would need a large deposit to be refunded only after the car was then returned by them from Newington. I guess I can see how they tried to somewhat help but no one was remotely apologetic or concerned they had left me high and dry. I’ll go elsewhere from now on. Really disappointed in the lack of attention or concern for a very large mess up.
