My mom needed a vehicle for the week as her car is getting repaired and Collin took the time to walk my mom (70 year old who has been driving a 2005 Toyota Avalon) through all the bells and whistles of a brand new Mercedes. He was super patient and professional. My mom felt nervous at first, but left confident driving in this vehicle because he was so thorough with her. Thank you Collin-you are the reason we ALWAYS choose enterprise.
- FOFernando OrtizAug 14, 20252.0I had 3 things that I would have appreciate it went different during the pick up of my rental car. 1. The rental car they provided was empty in gas (the representative offered a solution but see the item #3) 2. The car still has cigarette smell inside. 3. After I brought up that the car was gas empty, they took the car to the gas station to “ completely fill it up”, the representative filled it up only 3 quarters and I did realize after I left the place. I wouldn’t be upset if I have gotten changed to another same size car but the only “available option” was a mirage hatchback which I then said no because my rental reservation is for a month. The lot was full of cars and it would have been great if they offered to upgrade it. I am a frequent customer of Enterprise, a small gesture to upgrade my car, which qualify under my current tier for free, would have been appreciated. Instead they made me wait extra time for the car assigned to me to get the “tank filled” and still taking the car with cigarette odor.
