But they only did 3 censors. For the next month my tires kept losing air and censor light kept coming on. They couldn’t explain it. So they said get the 4th censor replaced on us. So I did. Tires kept losing air and the light kept coming on. I came in a dozen times after that and had them document everything. I have receipts. I called their corporate office to complain. They told me to ask for the shop manager. So in total I spoke with 3 different people in the shop and their corporate rep and NOBODY could explain why my tires consistently lost air and tire light kept coming on. I went to my dealership and they fixed everything and I mean FIXED everything! No problems since. When I filed a claim with my bank to get reimbursed and provided all my documentation, Mavis told them that I never came to the shop or contacted their corporate office. If that were true then I wouldn’t have all these invoices from every time I came in or a call log to corporate. These guys are unknowledgeable, unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth the headache of doing business with.

Update December 8th, 2025: area manager calls back. Awaiting follow through on resolution. In process of making appointment to repair 2 rims. Thank you. December 2, 2025: Usually, I have good experience up until recently. Brought my vehicle in to get 4 new tires. Technician damages two of my rims then I find fresh uniform clean marks on two of my rims that are clearly not curb rash. Curb rash is not very uniform or clean. I contacted corporate who put me in contact with the area manager. I've submitted photos and I have video, also asking for review of their shop camera. Not to mention, the technician who place the arms to lift my vehicle, lowered the pads too much which caused the lift arms to make contact with my vehicle side skirts compressing it. Pay attention to door gaps in the video. Hopefully, only scuff marks/indents and no structural damage to side skirt mounting points. I have video and pictures of this as well. At this point (about 6 days), when I call, no call answer from corporate (just multiple different voice prompts for unrelated marketing) or the manager.
