Robert and Marc did a great job assisting me with tire selection and explaining how to obtain the Uniroyal rebate. I also appreciate the tire rotations for the life of the tires at Mavis.

He was having issues with the battery, needing a jumpstart a few times and this morning (11/18/25) it wouldn't start at all, after work he removed the battery and brought it to the NM shop, when he got there he was told he supposed to have his vehicle towed to the shop with the battery in it so they could test it. They refused to test the battery alone.... when he told me this my mind was blown. I would love to hear the policy on this from someone from the store, Make it make sense, please!!!!!!
