    I would like to leave an outstanding review for the service team in New London, CT. I recently purchased my Volvo XC60 and brought it in for a safety inspection and software update. Given the holiday, the service department was understandably very busy, and I was initially informed that my vehicle may not be ready until 4:30 PM, even though I arrived at 8:30 AM. While this was not the most encouraging news, I appreciated the transparency and remained focused on ensuring my vehicle was safe and properly serviced. Upon arrival, Julie kindly reiterated the expected timeline and kept me informed. To my surprise, just three hours later, my vehicle was ready and had successfully passed all checks. The efficiency, professionalism, and communication throughout the process truly exceeded my expectations.     Take business elsewhere. From start to finish unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. Bought a slightly used Demo I was told but found out the car had 2 previous owners, only 7,500 miles when bought. Lots of issues from my 2024 S60 and when presented to Keith and Eric in service department, 3 different appointments, was told heater and blowers working fine. When outside temp below 35 degrees and heater set at 64 degrees you can only leave on a minute before car is too hot. The other 3 loaners i had the heater worked perfect with same controls. Contact Keith and Eric both said it's fine. There was no way to convince of them of issues because they were right and the customer (me) was wrong! I showed Keith video of the heater issue. Heater starts and stops at random. Eric will not return calls. Computer and climate control is not working correctly.

    I don't think I am alone when I say "I hate buying a car" but Steve at Secor Volvo made it an absolute pleasure. This was the third Volvo dealership we had been to but the only time we were actually shown all of the features of the car. Steve took care of everything regarding registration, financing etc. and even spent a good hour with us after the purchase to teach us how to use the car. Then he called after the weekend to make sure we were still happy. When we need to buy a car again, we will definitely go back to Secor Volvo, we love the car and the experience!!!

    Highly professional and genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience. Steve assisted us throughout the purchase and went above and beyond at every step. He allowed us to place a deposit to hold the vehicle for several days while we coordinated a time to see it—even accommodating us on a Sunday when the dealership was technically closed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and proactively looked for any discounts we qualified for to help reduce the price. He also took care of minor cosmetic issues before delivery. To make things even easier, he personally delivered the car to Providence (about an hour drive) and followed up a few weeks later to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to friends and family.

    I had a fantastic experience purchasing my XC60 Plug in Hybrid from Secor Volvo. From the initial test drive to the final paperwork and financing, the entire process was flawless. My salesperson, Stephen P., was incredibly knowledgeable and provided continuous communication from start to finish. What impressed me most was the follow-through after the sale; whenever I had a question, both Stephen and the service department were top-notch, helpful, and professional. It’s clear they are a highly reputable dealership. I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!
