  I made an appointment and was told when I arrived that they were down a tech and it would be an hour and half for my oil change! I had a text and mailing that offered me ab$35 discount and they wouldn’t honor it! They said they had a $10 discount right now. But you had to scan a QR code and get it as a rebate and they guy said he didn’t know how it worked so he couldn’t help me! After several attempts to submit for the coupon 8 called the 1-800. # and the told me that we code expired last December and they too wouldn’t honor my $25 off! I called the actual center to tell the code expired and the call center said he was busy and would call right back and to stay near the phone! It’s been days, I’m still waiting LOL!!Domt send out coupon offers if you don’t intend to honor them!!!

  I brought my 2018 Volvo XC90 in for a simple brake pad replacement. During the appointment I was told that my vehicle also needed new rotors, a wheel alignment, and an oil change. My vehicle alerts me when an oil change is due, and I had already completed one at the dealership just a few months ago, so that recommendation immediately raised concerns. Additionally, the brakes were not metal-to-metal, so there was no clear reason given for replacing the rotors. An alignment is also unrelated to a standard brake pad service. I scheduled this appointment for first thing in the morning because I needed my car back by 2 PM to pick up my son from school. I was then told that I likely would not get my car back until right before closing because they only had one mechanic working on all of the vehicles scheduled for the day. When I questioned the additional services and explained my situation, the staff member continued to insist that all of the work was necessary. Just because I’m a woman does not mean I don’t understand basic vehicle maintenance. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there and chose to cancel the appointment. I will be waiting for my scheduled appointment with the dealership instead.
