- HCHumble Cattleya3 days ago1.0I am beyond frustrated with Enterprise. Not only did they completely rip me off, but they had the audacity to lie to the BBB about their so-called guarantees. How can they advertise luxury vehicles and then refuse to provide a refund when they fail to deliver? I've tried multiple times to switch vehicles and make things right, but they just keep giving me the runaround. It's a complete joke that they think they can get away with this kind of behavior. To anyone thinking about filing a complaint with their internal office or the BBB, don't bother. It's a waste of time.
