  Just visited the New London CT location. I was in and out quicker then i ever experienced. Joshua was my intake guy with Aliana & Tate assisting with the change. Positive experience all around. Thank you for the great work!

  I love Valvoline. The people are always friendly. I always leave with a smile on my face due to their great customer service and speedy oil changes! I’ve gone to multiple locations and all the employees have a great sense of humor and make me laugh while getting the job done quick at the same time. They make getting an oil change enjoyable! Thank you Valvoline!

  They did not give us a receipt when asked they said they could not print one even when they put down they headed to me they never filled my tires with air everyone was not that friendly

  I want to emphasize that this location is doing something a lot of businesses in the automotive vertical should take note of… it’s called transparency. The techs, mechanics, and staff were extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. I can see that this store works very well together by communicating with each other and their customers, which is a big reason why I will be going back and recommending this location to my local family and friends. Transparency is key, even and especially in sales. Great location & staff, and all women (yay!!)
