Highly professional and genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience. Steve assisted us throughout the purchase and went above and beyond at every step. He allowed us to place a deposit to hold the vehicle for several days while we coordinated a time to see it—even accommodating us on a Sunday when the dealership was technically closed.
He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and proactively looked for any discounts we qualified for to help reduce the price. He also took care of minor cosmetic issues before delivery. To make things even easier, he personally delivered the car to Providence (about an hour drive) and followed up a few weeks later to ensure everything was going smoothly.
I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my XC60 Plug in Hybrid from Secor Volvo. From the initial test drive to the final paperwork and financing, the entire process was flawless. My salesperson, Stephen P., was incredibly knowledgeable and provided continuous communication from start to finish. What impressed me most was the follow-through after the sale; whenever I had a question, both Stephen and the service department were top-notch, helpful, and professional. It’s clear they are a highly reputable dealership. I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!

Sales person I interacted with on both occasions was incredibly rude and not someone I have any interest in working with - I will find another Volvo dealership even if it means driving an hour away.

From the buying experience to vehicle service, this has been a rock bottom experience. The salesman was extremely unmotivated. Barely wanted to get out of his chair to show me cars. He didn’t seem to want to be there. During a test drive, he said (and I quote), “please excuse me for what I’m about to do; I have kids at home. Hey Google, make a fart sound”. I am a grown man. Anyway, If I didn’t look around the car, I wouldn’t have realized there was no air pump in the car, which is needed due to the lack of a spare tire. The windshield had to be replaced, which they did free of charge. They also replaced the included charger, which didn’t work. Those are the only two good things I have to say. After I put a deposit down on the car and had the price agreed on, the online price of the car dropped by $2000. The guy told me, and I quote again, “I was never going to sell it to you for that price anyway,” referring to the price we agreed on before it dropped online. They sold me the car for the online price and I was out the door. Just today, I bring it back in for a check engine light and noise in the rear end. I was told the sound was normal and they reset the engine trouble code. They supposedly found the MAF sensor unplugged and that was causing the trouble code. Mind you I never touched that sensor and I never brought the car to a shop. They saw the oil change sticker I put in the windshield and used that as reasoning. I did the oil change, but you don’t get anywhere near the MAF sensor for an oil change. I was charged $90 for a half hour of labor and $6.50 for “supplies”, which makes no sense considering what they did. When I questioned this, I was told to just “have the shop that did the work pay for it”. After telling them I did an oil change myself and you never have to touch the MAF sensor, she told me, and I quote YET AGAIN, “oh well things happen. It’ll happen again”. How is this place so quotable? I bought this car from them in July. I’ve had the car for a few short months and it’s certified pre owned. I’m not done though. When you get a loaner car from them, TAKE THE AGREEMENT PAPER WITH YOU. They don’t take them out of the car when you’re done with it! It has all your personal information on it! The first loaner I got had three people’s loaner agreements still in the car! Every step of the way, they’ve shown they don’t care about the customer. Good thing there are other Volvo dealers around here. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out of this place. It doesn’t like you either.
