First they agreed to match another local place price. They said they would check the alignment and if it didn’t need it they wouldn’t do it and would not charge me. That is exactly what happened. They checked my alignment. Found it in spec and returned my car at no cost. What amazing service and honesty! Thanks so much to Monro in New London. They have always been straightforward and honest, here is another great example!

- ASAdam StrachanDec 4, 20253.0Went to them to get my flat tire fixed (which was $30!!) I’ve never known an auto shop to charge for a flat tire repair. But I had no issues paying them. I also got an oil change. They later called me and told me my brakes needed to be replaced so i did that too. The only issue I had with them was when I got my car back my shifter was covered in grease and dirt from them working all day and my white steering wheel cover was no longer white. When I worked at a tire shop there was always one person who didn’t work on the cars so his hands were clean. So when we gave customers their cars back we didn’t leave them dirty. Now I have to clean my car after them and I shouldn’t have to.
