I also left two pairs of sunglasses in the car when I returned the car; they haven’t gotten them back yet which sucks because they are worth easily $500 dollars but said they tracked them down and are going to get them back next Wednesday. So some bad happened but they cared and are going out of their way which I don’t think others would do the same. So thank you.

I dropped the keys in a drop box as there was no attendant. The next day I received an email from the Damage Recovery Unit. Total Scam. I will never rent from Enterprise again!

This is the second time this year I have had a problem with over booking on enterprise. It's sad because I have used them for years. I guess it's time to find someone new.
