They did try to call me 45 minutes before I was to pick up the vehicle to tell me, but I was in no position to find another rental with such short notice. Picking up the appropriate sized vehicle later was also not an option as they had none for the 4 days I was renting the vehicle. I should have been notified sooner and they should have made sure they had the right vehicle. My other experiences with Enterprise have been very good.
