  The rental process was straightforward, and the employees were respectful and very helpful. I was able to extend my rental without any issues. Both vehicles I had were clean, free of odors, and did not have any problems. I highly recommend this location and will choose it again if I need a rental in the future.

  UNACCEPTABLE. When you reserve a rental car, they should RESERVE you a CAR. PERIOD. That's their whole job. This place told us they had "no cars on the lot" an hour before our pickup time, completely ruining our trip. We need a car to get to where we're going! Imagine having to spend a night stranded in an unfamiliar city with nothing to do, no public transportation, nowhere to stay at the last minute... Enterprise didn't even apologize or act like this was out of the ordinary. They're not even sure if they'll have any cars tomorrow! They tell you to call another branch, who tells you the "area manager" will be in touch, and the whole day passes with apparently no cars available anywhere in Connecticut. How is it even legal to do this to people?

  I have been a customer of this car rental service several times or over 10 years, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. After my spouse was in an accident on Friday, I contacted Allstate and was given a confirmation number for a rental. However, when Enterprise opened on Saturday, they had no vehicles available. They promised to call me later that day, but never did. When I called them back, I was told no cars were available for Saturday. They then promised to call me Sunday morning at 8:30 AM. Having heard nothing by 10:00 AM, I called them again. The representative had no updates and promised a callback by 11:00 AM. It is now past 11:00 AM, and I am still waiting. The lack of communication makes planning impossible. I need to arrange transportation to the branch, but I cannot keep my neighbors waiting indefinitely, and rideshares like Uber or Lyft are not reliable enough to book without a confirmed pickup time. I understand that frontline employees do not control staffing levels or vehicle inventory, and I am happy to update this review once the situation is resolved. However, the communication breakdown needs to be addressed.

  Horrible service i have rented with enterprise since 2018 and this is the last time im renting with this agency. They made you check in early just to make you wait 15 minutes to then tell you that you need more documentation for the car that you're renting because " you need a credit card to rent" which isn't true. They also canceled the previous reservations that you have made and dont fix their mistakes. Honestly worst service ever.
