It's a bit overwhelming to deal with car issues on my own and all the gentlemen in the store were very helpful. Keith initially took my call and spent time explaining the difference between two comparable auto batteries. I ended up choosing this store over others because of the great customer service on the phone. Once in the store I really appreciated Dave who took time to explain not only what was going on with my car but offered helpful tips in the future and explained benefits of being an AutoZone member. Overall a pleasant experience around a bummer car issue and I would highly recommend.
