    I recently rented a car in New Haven, Connecticut, and drove it across country to my home state of Iowa. The initial car I was assigned developed a mechanical fault shortly after I picked it up. The New Haven enterprise rental team found a replacement upgraded car for my trip within an hour of my call - an amazing Audi SUV. Some companies give lip service to customer service. Enterprise lives it.

    Cameron and Jenna are great. When I am traveling locally, they're very attentive to my concerns and I always have great trips. However, if I travel outside of New England I'm not so lucky. It's concerning that not all Enterprise are created equal and the customer service is not the same. Kudos to Cameron and Jenna for making my visits here great and for always being professional. Other locations need to learn from you how to properly treat their customers.
