Today I went and this extremely over masculine female, I believe the manager, she/he is not a problem solver but a problem creator. They denied a mentally disabled larger older man get a small car and he was too big for it, the younger man tried to upgrade it for him and she whispered to him he didn’t pay more and to tell him there was no more options. I then proceeded to get my rental, I got there at 1155 and she closes the door on me and proceeds to leave. Terrible place, I would highly not recommend. The overly masculine woman with an attitude who lies to older people is absolutely disgusting. Go to the airport, they don’t require as much, cheaper probably, better reviews and just a better over all choice. This place will keep your deposit also.

These folks want your utility bills and all types of things plus a 300 hold on your credit card. They gave me a scratched up car with a dent in the bumper. The car was dirty on the outside. Just disappointed by the last minute rip off. A full size car is bigger than the Mitsubishi crossover that I was given and I hate it. It hardly holds two suitcases but has the nerve to hold up to five people. Make it make sense. Never again. I learned my lesson.
