Had the audacity to tell me it did not smell like smoke after we told them we have a newborn and do not want to expose them to that. Were unable to swap the car. Could not be bothered to contact other locations to find a swap and told me to do it myself. Also the hood was not properly latched and seemed like it was going to come open while driving. Called corporate and was told W Hartford location had cars only to find they did not.

The attendant was great she showed me all that I needed to know about the car I would be driving for the next few days. And when my vehicle was ready all I have to do was drop the Enterprise rental when I picked up my own car at Caliber Collision. Overall, this was a great experience!
