    I have for the last 19 years came to this Autozone to bring used oil. I came to the store today 1/11/2026 and the supervisor i believe she is around 2pm, said they cannot except the oil in the container that it was in. I have been using the same container for years 2 times a year, and no one has ever said anything until now. She was very rude and while my wife was doing a return... She was telling customers to scan the bar code at the register and to give them a good review that she would appreciate it. I believe customers should give reviews from there own free will.

    El peor lugar para un hispano ir de compras. Una cajera hispana no le gusta háblale espańo a su cliente luego de más de media hora me atendió otra cajera me pide información de lo que yo quiero y me pone esperar un largo tiempo mi esposa le pregunta por un baños y ella dice que no tiene bańo público pero a otro clite le dejó usar el baño pero lo peor pasó más tarde que nunca me atendieron al final salí sin lo que fui a comprar un pésimos servicio mi peor experiencia.

    HI, I want to inform the public that when people don't get their way, they become disrespectful and embellish the truth because their need to control was not allowed. On a personal and professional level, Martina O is one of the most honest, helpful, and kind human beings. She is very skilled at her job, and for some people that can insult them because they are not used to a manager doing their job that way it needs to be done. It intrigues me that some of these reviews are dishonest, embellished, and plain mean to hurt her. I hope the reader can read through the lines and see that hurt people hurt people. Martina's kindness, fairness, and professionalism intimidate those who don't have these qualities.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this AutoZone location. The manager — a woman with dark hair — was not only extremely rude, but openly discriminatory in how she treated customers. I watched her personally allow an employee to remove and test multiple customers’ batteries without hesitation. But when it was my turn and I needed my battery removed for charging, she instructed her employee to deny me service, claiming “they can’t do that.” I was told to wait. After waiting nearly 40 minutes with no update, I went back inside to ask for help. I was alone and made it clear I did not know how to remove a battery myself. Despite this, she continued to ignore me while several other customers were helped ahead of me. I eventually expressed frustration — not toward her, but simply while speaking on my phone — and she overheard. That’s when things escalated to something completely unacceptable. She approached me, cursed at me, and told me to leave the store. Her tone was aggressive, nasty, and intentionally disrespectful. She even called me names and used vulgar, sexual language — including telling me to perform oral sex on her. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone in a customer-facing role. Her behavior was unprofessional, discriminatory, and completely inappropriate. No customer should ever have to experience this kind of treatment.
