  My name is Matt. I went to this place for an oil change which was already higher priced than usual and they forgot to put the oil fill cap back on after servicing. My oil leaked on a drive to Norwalk CT afterwards which could have done permanent damage to my engine, and I had to get towed all the way back to Naugatuck which costed me $223. I go back the next morning and not only did they have the nerve to lie to me and say it had something to do with the oil filter, the manager wouldn’t even cover the costs of the tow. I’ve never been screwed over like this in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service never go here.

  My experience with Monroe was one that I will never forget. They tried every avenue for me price wise for me to get my car back on the road. When one situation didn’t work they didn’t stop until a solution was reached. I would recommend Monroe to anyone who’s in need of getting work done on your car. They have the best team I know

  Schedule over the phone, they were helpful and answered the questions they could over the phone and we honest about needing to see my truck before giving additional answers. They completed the repair same day. Will absolutely continue to bring my truck here for all service needs

  I am a NYer who came to Naugatuck to work for the week because that's where my boss sent me. While I was enroute to work one fine morning my change oil and tire lights came on so I found MONRO through Google (oil change near me). I'm loosely giving this place 4 🌟'S... First of all, it was done in under an hour, I'm a NYer where time is almost everything to us. The place was pretty clean, and I wasn't afraid to use their bathroom. Now on to the two 2 things I did have a problem with... 1. It's so DIM in there I drove up and left, went for breakfast then called before I attempted to go back. One barely 3 foot bulb lights the entrance, sitting, and front desk area. Now let me address the miscellaneous fee for 10.68 on my bill, it says IT'S a SHOP SUPPLY FEE. Like I mentioned in the beginning, I am a NYer and am use to paying high prices for everything but adding a little extra to pad the bill isn't the way to go. Also, to anyone reading this DO NOT EVER ALLOW THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER TO BALANCE YOUR TIRES UNLESS YOUR CAR IS PULLING TO ONE SIDE OR THE OTHER... THAT'S ANOTHER ABSOLUTE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY...

  Drop of a hertz vehicle for an oil change several times.. takes several hrs for service to be completed. My last oil change took 5hrs.. very unprofessional as a business..I will not be returning at all..
