  Car is making clanking sound on the right front, took an hour from my reservation which I was on time for to get the car. I noticed the right front rim had bites taken out of it and they said I wouldn’t be blamed but no one thought to drive the car around the block or the highway after coming up from Texas to Connecticut? Vibration at highway speeds, vibration while braking, noise from the right front. I was given a quarter tank of gas. Terrible service. Then I call corporate about it and even though I have school and work today I’m expected to leave work or go in late to swap a car that never should’ve been rented out? No service for swapping a vehicle off property even though they do everything on iPads is laughable. Enterprise has gone down immensely in the services they provide. Now I have to feel and be unsafe in a vehicle that is advertised as “maintained” but obviously has a mechanical failure. Disgusting. NOW DREW WANTS TO TELL ME TO CONTACT CORPORATE WHICH I DID. YEAH REAL HELPFUL, OBVIOUSLY DIDNT READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW.

  Great experience, Nicko was extremely helpful and made the entire experience smooth, even took the extra time to help me set up the navigation and let me use a cord so my phone would connect to the car so I felt safe. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

  I use this location all the time for work purposes. In the past I had a very good experience with a great manager they had. Yet, the customer service has been declining. Some of it isn’t enterprise’s fault. Some customers are just so disrespectful. I have felt terrible for the employees (who of course get all moody afterwards) But on the other had this location clearly doesn’t get enough help -only one employee dealing with all sorts of situations…. Waiting time is always long.

  Nico, at the Naugatuck location, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He was professional, courteous, and patient while addressing all of my questions and concerns. Nico quickly swapped out the original vehicle given to me because someone had previously smoked in the vehicle. He did this pleasantly without the attitude I've experienced at other rental locations. Nico called me after the rental was closed out to inquire about the XM not engaging even after several reload attempts. He notified me there would be a credit applied and apologized for the feature not working. Again, Nico went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my rental experience from his location. I would definitely use again and highly recommend this location for excellent service and customer care!
