They got me in on the same day despite some confusion from the answering service's behalf. No harm done... Staff was extremely kind including the mechanics. They did my tires in less than 1hr which was great. They were also cheaper than down the street. As for the bad; I was told there was wifi, however it wouldn't let me connect so I just sat there. And what really hurts them, when I got home I saw there were deep scratches through the clear coat on the wheels (being alloy) on 3 out of the 4 wheels. I washed the car the weekend before so I know these marks were NOT there at that time. I'm not going to make a huge stink ONLY BECAUSE my car is riddled with cosmetic imperfections and my job is where my car gets marked up just from being parked but I do like it to look presentable. So yes, it's a daily driver but it's unfortunate about this. If I was head over heels for my car, I'd be losing it and hold them accountable. I'm extremely disappointed and this is unfortunate. Note the pictures of each wheel damaged.

She took time to explain the diagnostics and repairs, provided alternatives to lower overall cost and pricing was reasonable., and made contact with me throughout the day prior to completing the work.

Both of them are excellent which makes for great service! I appreciate that I can call to book an appointment a few nights prior to dropping off my vehicles for maintenance and service and then have the service completed within a few hours! Thanks for always doing a great job!
