    I've been there twice this year to have my engine code read. The same employee refused to help me both times. The first time, he told me we don't check codes at night. Today, the same guy said, "I'm not going outside. It's too cold." That guy is the worst employee I've ever seen, with no pride in his job and the worst attitude I've ever seen in an employee.

    In order to purchase 2 items that were on clearance, and 6 of these items were in the store I had to contact corporate and then a division manager to actually purchase them. She (store manager) refused to sell them because they were for a "commercial cutomer". When asked if they were paid fir, the answer was vague. Three phone calls, a district manager and a day later I got the items because the 6 she had were never paid for. Was it worth the agrevasion? No, but a lesson needed to be learned. And not by me.
