  I truly cannot say enough good things about this enterprise in Monroe. Sophia and her team made a stressful process fully and completely un stressful. I was rear ended and got the car fixed down the road at Town Line autobody. How amazing it felt that enterprise was there at the autobody shop to pick me up and bring me down the road to their building and put me in the rental car. Then to return the car, all I had to do was go to the autobody shop and leave the car there. Bing bang boom done. I didn’t have to worry about finding a ride from someone else and uprooting their life for a little bit. Again, I cannot say enough good things Because they simply made a stressful process the absolute complete opposite, so un stressful.

  Very disappointing and stressful experience. I returned my rental vehicle exactly as instructed, dropping it off at Sugar Hill Auto Body instead of the Enterprise location at 75 Main St, Monroe, CT—even though I asked to return it directly to the office since I was nearby. My rental contract officially ended on Friday 11/14/2025 at 2:27 PM, which is clearly shown on the receipt Enterprise later sent me. No damage was reported at the time of return, and I even left a positive review after Enterprise requested feedback the following day. Over a month later, on 12/18/2025, I suddenly received messages and emails claiming damages were found two days after I dropped off the vehicle and that I needed to contact my insurance or pay by credit card. At first, I genuinely thought this was a scam. When I went in person to alert them, the manager confirmed it was “not a scam” and said I was responsible—despite: • No damage being reported at return • The vehicle being out of my possession • No photos and videos of CCTV footage available (both Enterprise and the autobody shop said recordings were deleted) • Notification coming more than a month later There is no proof the damage occurred while the car was in my possession, yet I’m being blamed anyway. This feels unfair, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I would strongly caution customers to document everything with photos and timestamps, because Enterprise may attempt to charge you for damages discovered long after your rental ends, without evidence. Also make sure to handover the vehicle to an enterprise employee at their office location and have them inspect the vehicle right in front of you so things are cleared right then and there on the date and time the contract ends. PS: However today ie 10 days after disputing the claim with their Damage recovery Unit, they emailed and informed me that they have decided to take care of the damages and that the case has been closed, which was a great relief after all that ordeal and frustration that I had to endure.
