    I needed a new battery, but due to the location, they couldn't put it in for me. I had called the night before I went & they said if they couldn't change it out they would jump start my car again for me. When I went in the next morning they were very happy to take a look. I could tell he genuinely wanted to be able to help me, but couldn't. He made some suggestions, explained the warranty of the batteries & was patient while I called to find someone that could install the battery that day. I did buy a battery there & do to the extremely helpful nature of both people I spoke to, I will definitely go back again. FYI - did you know that providing a vin number for your vehicle is the best way to shop for parts for your vehicle?

    I needed a new battery and the staff was very helpful. Collin was very professional and kindly helped me replace it. Great experience, highly recommend!

    Came in looking for a light bulb, Nathan came out with me and I showed him exactly what I was looking for. He sold me a $100+ LED set. It was not the correct part. Came in next day Nathan was there again. He put me through such a hassle over not having the paper recite despite the fact it was purchased with a card AND HE SOLD IT TO ME. Customer service is non existent I ended up having to beg and pled with Nathan for 20 minutes to get my refund which he would only offer as a gift card. Potential customers my only advice is have the specific part number ready as employees are not familiar with the products they sell. If the district manager that Nathan kept throwing under the bus as reason too why he was refusing a refund, your adjusting policy’s due to theft which is directly effecting paying customers experience. Again he confidently sold me a part $87 more expensive then what I actually needed and acted like he couldn’t do anything about it for 20 min until he had enough of me begging for mercy. Shame.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Shame on you for when a customer calls 3mins before closing, explains their road side assistance helping someone with a flat tire on the highway, and is literally ONE MINUTE from the store and just needs one tool. You announced over the phone you closed your registers early which you should not have as you do not close until 8pm! Therefore at least one register should remain open until 8pm! We arrived 2 mins before 8pm and your doors were locked. Nice smug face standing behind the register. Thankfully the family that was stranded on the highway WITH CHILDREN IN THE CAR, was able to wait for another road side backup! Point is, you should’ve remained open until your scheduled time of 8pm we were there BEFORE 8pm and you had already locked your doors, knowing we were coming, no offer to stay open if we were a minute later or anything instead there was nothing you could do cause your registers were closed. I certainly hope you weren’t the store manager and I hope your manager sees this. You need to work on your customer service skills. I hope your family never gets stuck and needs help, and people turn an eye.
