No diesel, no parking. All reserved parking is taken, but 50% unpaid, just occupied. Nobody cares. No beer, obviously. Good shower 🚿

I prefer pilot but after today I will not use this pilot. I try to ask some questions and get brushed off, go to ask someone behind the counter and they put their finger on the self checkout rolling their eyes as I decline. No signs telling the fuel islands are under construction and now he/she's with attitudes not answering questions nor wanting to run a register.

Does anyone know if they're selling diesel at this gas station now? It was closed for some reason before.

To Whom It May Concern Team and Pilot Management, I am writing this review and complaint to highlight the absolutely unacceptable experience I had at this Pilot Travel Center on October 19, 2025. As a frequent traveler who relies on truck stops and travel centerd like Pilot for safe refueling and rest during long drives, I chose this location specifically because it's advertised as a "travel center" – not just some run-of-the-mill gas station. What a joke that turned out to be. Upon arriving, I was confronted by the manager acting like a total authoritarian, marching around the parking lot like the Gestapo, kicking people out of spots and enforcing some ridiculous 15-minute parking limit. This enforcer even complained about having to pick up trash left by others, using that as an excuse to boot everyone who dared to park longer. News flash: if you're running a travel center, dealing with a bit of litter comes with the territory. Most every other Pilot location I've visited allows drivers to park for a few hours to rest – it's common sense for safety on the road. But not here. This place has devolved into nothing more than a glorified gas station, falsely claiming to be a haven for travelers. I specifically asked to speak to the manager about this nonsense, only to be told she was it. If I'd known I couldn't take a much-needed nap here, I never would have stopped. Instead, I'm now stuck scrambling to find a safe spot for 30 minutes to an hour with my family in tow. And get this – the manager's brilliant suggestion? "Go park on an on-ramp or off-ramp." Are you kidding me? That's not just irresponsible; it's downright dangerous and could get someone killed. This policy is garbage, plain and simple. It's misleading to advertise as a travel center when you treat weary drivers like criminals for needing a break. I've been a loyal Pilot customer, but after this, I'll never set foot in one again. Fix this garbage or stop pretending to care about road safety and customers. P.S. 15min isn't enough for any family to go to the bathroom and take the dog to the bathroom too, much less refresh and get food. Demanding Immediate Action
