    Sketchy place with rogue policies. Needed a short rental while mine was in the shop and was told by "lucas" I would be charged $300 on my CC for "incidentals", "like at an AirBNB". Leaving aside the stupidity of this comment for a moment I was in point of fact curious as to whether CC sustomers were now required to put down a deposit and called Enterprise corporate. Of course that was not the case, that is a policy specifically for those renting with Debit Cards, which makes a lot more sense. In any case, avoid this location, I would guess there is a cleaning charge/damage scam side gig being run here. If you must rent here, make sure to check your statement.

    Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Enterprise in Milford on Bridgeport Ave. After I returned the car, I realized I left an important item in the car. After I arrived at work, I immediately called Enterprise explaining that I left an item in the car. Lucas told me the car was being washed and prepared for rental and he would call me back. He explained that during the wash an inspection is usually done they find items and bring them to the lost and found. No one called back. I called the second time at noon asking if they found the item? The answer I got was “another co-worker was out with the car and will be back after lunch. I’ll call you back”. It was now late in the day about 4pm. I called the third time and Lucas told me “the car has been rented out and they should be back by the end of the day.” I went down to the Enterprise after work and the car was not returned. The called the fourth time the next morning at 8am and spoke with Christian about the issue and he said Lucas is handling the issue and transferred the call to him. I spoke with Lucas asking if the car was returned with the item. He said, no it’s still out. Here is the issue: Lucas or Christian could have immediately taken 30 seconds to go over to the section where it was being washed and grabbed the item instead of just brushing me off. To this day I still don’t have it and they never called me back. I see they don’t care about their customers, they only care about renting and selling cars, nothing more. This was disappointing and highly annoying. In addition, Lucas carried an attitude of annoyance and was angry by the tone in his voice because I called attempting to get an item I simply forgot. They didn’t care or wanted to take 30 seconds to help. This could have been resolved immediately in the morning by just walking over to the car and grabbing the item, easy. I won’t be renting from that office again. They have lack of care for the customer and the job.
