Paul was rude and had some other dude standing behind him laughing. I left there and went to the West Haven store and had no issues. Very easy return. I guess Paul just doesnt know what he's doing. I will no longer be going to this Milford store.

I called the Milford store and explained to Elijah what was going on and asked if he could install it for me. He told me to bring it by. I was in and out in 10 minutes. My hope is that everyone gets to experience someone like Elijah when they visit a store. Top tier customer service.
