    The representative was very pleasant and patient. Paul was very informative, patient and knowledgeable being that we were in a rush to get to our appointments. Some other places I’ve been to hire individuals who don’t have the knowledge or patience to deal with customer issues but I had a excellent experience here.

    I went in for a refund on a defective part from an online order and had the displeasure of dealing with Paul, supposedly the manager. I had the emails and case number from corporate, who had already approved the return. Paul refused to deal with it and would not even call corporate to check. Paul was rude and had some other dude standing behind him laughing. I left there and went to the West Haven store and had no issues. Very easy return. I guess Paul just doesnt know what he's doing. I will no longer be going to this Milford store.
