    Colonial Toyota in Milford, CT provided an excellent car-buying experience from start to finish. Our sales specialist, Quincy Rivera, created a professional, low-pressure atmosphere that made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. He truly cares about his customers, took the time to understand our needs, and was committed to finding the right make and model for us. Quincy’s friendly personality, clear communication, and attention to detail stood out, and it’s clear he has a bright future ahead. Thanks to Quincy, we’re thrilled with our new 2026 Toyota 4Runner , and we will definitely be returning to Colonial Toyota for our next vehicle purchase.

    Had the engine replaced in my 23 Toyota Tundra as part of the recall. Had 42000 mi on it but was concerned about when it was going to fail not if comments going around so I decided to get it done. Was a little concerned with you tube’s showing Toyotas plan for the fix, supplying an engine hoist and allowing 14 hrs. Decided to get it done and was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. Dropped it off on a Monday and thought I’d get it back Wednesday, but they were busy and got started on Wednesday and I got it back Friday. Alex who was the tech described the procedure she used to switch out the engine. I’m guessing not every Toyota dealer is as big as Colonial so maybe they don’t have everything necessary to do the engine swap the way she did it, but let’s just say if you can remove the cab and reinstall it, sounds way easier than trying to lift the engine out and not damage anything in the process. That’s how I thought they’d do it when I first heard of the recall. Big thumbs up to the techs who are willing to think about the problem and come up with a better way than the engineers (the cause of this fiasco!) Definitely recommend Colonial for this job and service work!!

    I highly recommend Josh Segarra at Colonial Toyota if you’re looking for a fair, transparent, and hassle free experience. I’m not one for back and forth negotiations, and after a year of research I knew what I wanted and what to expect to pay. Josh was outstanding as he handled the entire experience warmly, professionally, and with a sincerity that is rarely found in sales. No inflated prices, no hidden fees. Josh was beyond helpful and made the entire experience completely seamless. Eric in the finance department was equally helpful as he broke down the numbers in a clear and transparent manner, a credit to his 33 years of experience. Options were always given and explained, but up sales were never pushed or woven into baseline fees. I was behind the wheel just a couple of hours after speaking to Josh for the first time. Colonial Toyota is your place if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

    I made an appointment on line to test drive a new Prius. I received an appointment confirmation. When I arrived at the dealership (1.5 hour drive from my home). I was told that I could not test drive a Prius because the cars were on a sales hold due to a possible electrical problem. This is no way to run a business. The dealer should have told me from the beginning that they did not have a car to test drive. I definitely would NOT recommend this dealer,, Colonial Toyota of Milford Ct. NOTE: After my experience, I spoke with one of the managers, Sean. He explained that the responses on their website is Ai generated. It seems that the dealer inventory is not connected to the Ai program. He told me that he was going to discuss the problem with the Business Development Manager to see if this could be corrected.

    Ok first of all, I had assumed buying a new car was stressful but at Colonial Toyota and with Juan as your salesman you’ll be just fine. The whole experience was just very wavey and genuinely enjoyable. Before coming here, I had been to several dealerships and was starting to feel frustrated with the typical sales experience. That’s what made working with Juan stand out even more, I didn’t feel any pressure, he answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. He also went out of his way to help me secure a rental when I couldn’t make it to the rental location before closing, which truly meant a lot. My car took awhile to come in which was out of their control and I had been aware of, but he was amazing about keeping me updated every step of the way. I always felt informed and taken care of, which made a big difference during the wait. The reveal and pick-up was made perfect by Juan and that made up for the waiting. He made sure to show me all the features of my new car and he didn’t even take the car to fill up on gas literally .2 miles down the road before I arrived because he knew I wanted to see it with no miles. That’s how you know he actually takes the time to get to know his customers! TJ, his manager, was also very kind and helpful, and it’s obvious that the entire team values creating a positive experience. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Juan is professional, attentive, genuinely thoughtful, and also just charming enough to make the process feel a little too easy… which may or may not be part of his strategy.. Either way, it worked. Would 100% recommend asking for Juan if you’re visiting Colonial Toyota, but don’t just joyride, buy a car from my guy.
