This was shocking since I could clearly see an entire fleet of cars sitting right there in the lot. When I politely asked about it, the customer service rep, Julia, was incredibly rude and condescending. Instead of trying to help or explain, she went out of her way to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. Her attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I have rented cars from many companies before and have never encountered such dismissive and unhelpful service. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere - this location clearly doesn't value customers or their time.
