- YBYara BenitezOct 16, 20251.0I just sent my daughter just now 10/16/2025 5pm exact date and time to this store to get engine oil and a white dude forgot to ask my daughter to get his name was having opinions because of the kind of engine oil I asked my daughter to ask him for her to buy for my cars. This guy gets mad and Im in FaceTime with my daughter because he wants us to buy whatever engine oil his computer says. I told my daughter to buy a specific kind of oil because thats what I put in my cars all the time and this dude is having all kind of opinions and told my daughter GOOD LUCK with that oil in her car. If Im a customer and Im asking for a specific type and nobody asked for your employees opinion they should stay quiet and sell me whatever Im asking for and not be an asshole having opinions nobody asked them telling my daughter thats not what my cars is supposed to use when these are my cars and its what Ive been putting in my cars for years. Plus when my daughter is walking out telling her GOOD LUCK with that he gotta be lucky I wasn’t there making my daughter feel a way in front of ppl just because he wants to have an opinion, the story was going to be different if it was me there. I bet I know more than him about cars when I was married for almost 17 years with a mechanic/car painter. That’s synthetic oil is trash for cars and I have never put that in my cars and wont specially to Acuras. So I hope if the owner of this store read this train better your employees on how to customer service ppl and if nobody ask for their opinion they should keep it to themselves…
