Despite this, the store refused the return because I didn’t have the receipt and claimed they were unable to look up the purchase using the card that was used. The result? I’m now stuck with a $200 part I cannot use, through no fault of my own. This is an incredibly frustrating and outdated return policy, especially for a large retailer that should be able to verify purchases electronically. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of flexibility. I won’t be shopping here again.
