I have been to numerous VW service centers throughout the state and there is aaaaaaalways some kind of issue. Whether it's parts being delayed, not getting called back for days on end with an update, having to go back multiple times for the same issue, you name it. That has never been the case for me when coming to Harte. George, Cara & Dylan are an absolute pleasure to work with & always make me feel like I'm being listened to & taken care of, even when I feel like I'm their biggest annoyance. They go above & beyond to ensure that your car is serviced correctly & all your concerns are rectified by the time you get back in your car. Thank you all so much for all your help & kindness along the way, I no longer dread bringing my car in for service like I used to.
