- WAWill ADec 23, 20251.0Very rude shopping for experience. Came in ready to purchase an Idie buzz for Christmas. The salesman took one look at us. (Interracial couple) and completely brushed us off told us “the car should’ve been locked”. “They’re locking it now” as if to say you shouldn’t have been touching it …very rude. We are ready to purchase it tonight hoping to get it for Christmas. We will be going somewhere else tomorrow the older Gray haired gentleman was seated to the left when you walk in. Hopefully his management sees this and speaks to him about his bigotry. SMH

Thanks to those who helped me at Harte VW of Meriden. We will consider returning when we are ready for a trade in in a couple of years.

The first time I was getting my oil changed, a headlight changed, and a recall taken care of and they got it done very quickly, and they were super friendly. The second time was today. I left the gym, and turned on my car and two errors came up, airbag and transmission. I’m sweaty and have to get to work, so this is an immediate buzzkill. I call them up and bring it in and they literally got it fixed in 40 min. I went from being cranky and sweaty to very happy and still sweaty! But hey, it’s summer and I just left the gym, what do you want from me. ANYWAY my day could have been really awful, but they took care of everything So quickly it completely turned my day around. THANK YOU so much. I genuinely appreciated their friendly and speedy service!!!
