- WAWill ADec 23, 20251.0We came in today with the intention of purchasing the Volkswagen buzz , I can’t believe the rudeness of the Older gray haired salesman seated to the left when you walk in , completely brushed us off Like he couldn’t be bothered. Needless to say, we will be taking our business to executive Volkswagen North Haven. They were so much more polite.

What they are directed to do is not entirely kosher. fast and lose with the paperwork. no I don't want the ceramic and interior package - it shows up in the final deal - Oh but you signed off on it - no I did not! The rest of my experience is pretty much the same. Guys! I hope you stay out of jail! Really. Someone is going to sue you or go to the attorney general. It WILL happen. For my part... I came in underwater on a previous car loan, good credit but weak, you got me the vehicle I wanted. Thanks for that! But the sleaze was un-wanted not needed. I would have bought the vehicle without the shell game. YAY I GOT THE SALE!!! yeah, but that is not the entire game. You should know that and pay attention. My advice to you is DO IT BETTER. You have a significant investment in a dealership that could be SO AWESOME without screwing you customers.
