What they are directed to do is not entirely kosher. fast and lose with the paperwork. no I don't want the ceramic and interior package - it shows up in the final deal - Oh but you signed off on it - no I did not! The rest of my experience is pretty much the same. Guys! I hope you stay out of jail! Really. Someone is going to sue you or go to the attorney general. It WILL happen. For my part... I came in underwater on a previous car loan, good credit but weak, you got me the vehicle I wanted. Thanks for that! But the sleaze was un-wanted not needed. I would have bought the vehicle without the shell game. YAY I GOT THE SALE!!! yeah, but that is not the entire game. You should know that and pay attention. My advice to you is DO IT BETTER. You have a significant investment in a dealership that could be SO AWESOME without screwing you customers.

Had some questions after I went to have my vehicle serviced today and spoke on the phone with someone named Dylan, who over the course of a couple minutes became rude and unprofessional, eventually hanging up on me. When I returned to the service center to speak with the manager I looked at Dylan for a few seconds and he told me " you can stare at me all you want!" I reminded him that he was at work and I didnt appreciate him hanging up on me. He told me he wasnt going to argue, to which I asked him several times not to, simply stating 'don't'. He kept talking then eventually left the area. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but his level of professionalism and aggression today left a lot to be desired. Thank you to George the service manager who has been on point every time I've had to come.

Also the sales man Larry is who you should ask for he will go out of his way to make sure the job is done right! I will definitely recommend and return if I ever need another vehicle!
