Needless to say, we will be taking our business to executive Volkswagen North Haven. They were so much more polite.

What they are directed to do is not entirely kosher. fast and lose with the paperwork. no I don't want the ceramic and interior package - it shows up in the final deal - Oh but you signed off on it - no I did not! The rest of my experience is pretty much the same. Guys! I hope you stay out of jail! Really. Someone is going to sue you or go to the attorney general. It WILL happen. For my part... I came in underwater on a previous car loan, good credit but weak, you got me the vehicle I wanted. Thanks for that! But the sleaze was un-wanted not needed. I would have bought the vehicle without the shell game. YAY I GOT THE SALE!!! yeah, but that is not the entire game. You should know that and pay attention. My advice to you is DO IT BETTER. You have a significant investment in a dealership that could be SO AWESOME without screwing you customers.
- BPBrandy PavanoAug 17, 20201.0Honestly wish I could give 0 stars at this point. We went to purchase a used car and the salesperson we dealt with was EXTREMELY unprofessional. We were having trouble getting a loan which was not this person's fault but the way he handled it was completely wrong. While waiting for the approval process, they ignored us for an entire day and when we were finally approved for a loan and ready to sign the paperwork, all of a sudden the car we wanted which we had put down a deposit for, and they agreed in writing to hold for us, was no longer available, and they then tried to sell us another car which had clearly been in an accident (huge dent on the side) and then lied straight to our face saying that it had never been in an accident. So frustrated with the unprofessional-ism of the staff there. This was unacceptable.

I cant thank them enough and would recommend anyone I know interested in getting a vehicle to see them. thanks again mike and carl
