What they are directed to do is not entirely kosher. fast and lose with the paperwork. no I don't want the ceramic and interior package - it shows up in the final deal - Oh but you signed off on it - no I did not! The rest of my experience is pretty much the same. Guys! I hope you stay out of jail! Really. Someone is going to sue you or go to the attorney general. It WILL happen. For my part... I came in underwater on a previous car loan, good credit but weak, you got me the vehicle I wanted. Thanks for that! But the sleaze was un-wanted not needed. I would have bought the vehicle without the shell game. YAY I GOT THE SALE!!! yeah, but that is not the entire game. You should know that and pay attention. My advice to you is DO IT BETTER. You have a significant investment in a dealership that could be SO AWESOME without screwing you customers.

My first contact was with Larry in sales & he listened to my situation & didn’t pressure me but went to “bat” for me! Then I met Dave & Jose in management & finances who together with Larry found the car I wanted & the best deal I needed ( it included an extended warranty & Gap Insurance)! In just a few days everything fell into place because together we did things “ Heart (myself) to Harte (my HarteTeam)”!!👍👍 I am so happy that I took a chance with Larry, Dave,& Jose & ended up with a preowned 2016 Nissan Murano....a happy ending for my story!🌹

Paul and Franco made the purchase, financing and registration process quick and easy. A couple days after I had the car I noticed it was making some noise when driving on the highway. I went back and they diagnosed a defective rear tire. Replaced it free of charge while I waited and I was on my way. Love the car and the service.
