I just needed some brake light bulbs and a young man by the name of Fabian didnt hesitate and came out and changed the bulbs for me. He was very nice, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and over all an amazing soul. He is always very pleasant everytime I go in there with an issue.Besides that, you can just tell he genuinely loves to help people. Autozone, you guys got a winner with this one, give him a raise!

They need to watch who the hire. I go in for simple coolant. All the products were out of place so nothing was ringing up for the right price. Found a coolant it's all leaking at the bottom. The young lady was so lost, but I stayed patient, but you didn't have basic customer service instincts or wasn't coming, she was giving me answers like it is what it is. Whoever the manager was on shift was talking so loud on the phone you can hear it in the back of the store, fast as hell. Running around sporadic when there's like nobody in the store, and I don't know what kind of service that was on the phone he was given. He came out gave me the same kind of service. I overpaid for the coolant that was priced at $9.99. get employees that have basic customer service if they don't have basic customer service at least have basic knowledge of Auto or have a shift manager that can handle the shift. Not one that seem like he was on a thousand grams or something
