Once he arrived he went over everything again and began work immediately. He was persist, and handled his job with care. Once completed he went over everything in detail and made sure I didn't have any further questions. He deserved 10 stars for quality and cleanliness of his work
- ABAbhishek BhagatFeb 7, 20261.0Beyond unprofessional. I waited 2 weeks or so for my Tesla Model Y windshield to arrive. During this period they would tell me one day before the scheduled appointment that the glass is not ready. I called them on the day of the appointment (when it was snowing) to confirm and they said they’ll likely be able to get it done that day. When I drove 45 mins to their location (because of the snow) they informed me that due to the snow on the roads they’re unable to calibrate the vehicle. Very unfortunate that they couldn’t communicate this to me before I drove to them. Never going to Safelite again for windshield repairs.
