Three years ago they replaced the same windshield with the same part number this time and it had the shade visor on it. Now because they installed the wrong windshield gouging and being cheap All kinds of tariff charges as well. they won’t install the correct windshield. Someone messed up at Safelite and now they’re not standing behind their business. They won’t warranty it for their mistake. They basically insinuated that I break my windshield and file another claim. this is criminal and unacceptable. they took advantage of me by installing a cheap windshield that was not original to my truck. Still even aftermarket has the sunshade across the top, which is critical for the truck. That’s why it’s there. Basically safe flight will not not take responsibility for their screwup. Also now endangering drivers with unsafe vehicles..
