  Randomly decided to stop in to inquire on new tires. So glad I stopped in Mikayla at the front was professional, very helpful and informative. Got 4 new tires at a lower rate due to a Black Friday sale!!! They did a great job. I will not hesitate on coming back for another service.

  Amazing customer service very polite Explained everything that was going on with the vehicle and also communicated with me what they were gonna do. My car went in working at 50% came out working at 1000% Just amazing. Thank you so much.

  I stopped by to ask if they had any openings, the woman said to come back in 90 minutes. I came back in 90 minutes and she said sorry, it will be 3 hours, there are three cars in front of you. But you can leave the car if you want. Nope....it's my only ride home. I received ZERO updates or calls back. Every time I had to check the status or see if my car was ready I had to call them. Very unprofessional. I dropped my car off for a 9am appointment. 4:00 rolls around and no update so I call them. They haven't even looked at it yet. They keep it till the next day and I call back. They say they will call back in 40 minutes. Guess what, no call. I call them hours later and they say they ran the test and didn't see anything but a hose was unplugged. They reset the codes and sent me on my way. Guess what, the engine light is BACK on 123 miles later with the SAME fault code. Complete waste of time and money, don't make the same mistake I made by going there.

  I would give this place zero stars if I could my dad had taken my car in to get new tires put on my brand new car that I had just bought we did not have the key for the wheels in before making the appointment. My dad had asked if they had the tool to get it off. The lady had said that she definitely had the tool to get it off and she knew what she was doing later than come to find out they did not in fact have the tool to get my tire locks off and they actually torched my tire rim in completely burnt it trying to get it unlocked. I had just bought this car. I am extremely angry and upset my dad has filed multiple complaints and also written of a review of this place and how horrible they are. They need to pay for my new tire rim. This is ridiculous. I had just bought the car and a new tire rim is over $500. I trusted this place with my car and they did nothing but damage it Absolutely ridiculous never go to this place

  Zero stars! Brought car in for 4 tires. I didn't have the key for the wheels. Before making appointment I called and was told they had the universal lock removal set. When I brought the car in the girl working at the desk assured me She could get it off and had the tools and knows how to do it. She bragged that "she is an expert and the only one with the tools around to do it". 5 hours after dropping the car off I called because it was almost time to close. They said they where having trouble getting the lock off and would need to use the torch to heat the lugs up. Theh assured me there would be no damage. Never heard anything back until the next day again Almost at close when I had call them yet again. This time the young man I spoke to told me they damaged the wheel while touching the lug nut off. I was shocked hearing this news and told them to stop all work and I would be down the next day to pick the car up. The next day, I came down and spoke with the woman that I dropped.The car off to, I asked her, why on earth would she torch a 1k wheel and where she learned this technique. She claimed that I gave her the ok and she explained that there would be damage. I did not approve anything of the sort, it was not an emergency to have the wheel off immediately. They have refused to pay for the damage to the car and wheel. I don't recommend you take your car to this place as they lack training, knowledge, and more importantly common sense. I asked for them to have a manager call me, the girl claimed she was the manager and that this was the corporate office. She told me the final decision is they are doing nothing. Completely dissatisfied by far the worst service I've ever experienced! You had my car for 3 days and all you did was damage it. I told them to have an actual manager reach out to me, that was a week ago! Everyone makes mistakes but not owning them speaks volumes to what kind of business you run. Hopefully someone who cares monitors the reviews. I'm a disabled veteran and you just damaged my car with out fixing the damage you caused. Veterans beware!
