The mechanic (whose name I sadly did not catch) immediately took the car back and checked the tire. He explained that the tire was cut on the side and I needed a new tire. Since they didn't have my tire in stock, he offered to order one, but also personally called his friend at a nearby auto store to see if they had my tire. I ended up deciding to see if I could find the tire at another store same-day, but when I asked him how much we owed for the tire check, he said it was just a check and no payment was needed. I am honestly a bit disappointed I don't get to use his mechanic, I am extremely impressed with his kindness and professionalism. 5 stars.

No one came to tell me why they were taking so long. Apparently they had an issue that he did not report to the customer with that said I had to get up and almost walked into the back of the repair shop only to see the guy smoking a vape pen I will never come back here ever again.

I was fuming and there was at least 4 persons dissatisfied with the Service while I sat there. Save yourself the headache. Do not go here. No star
- MMMukram MdDec 12, 20251.0It’s a late review. Unfortunately, my experience here was not good. I went in for a full synthetic oil change, and the oil started leaking the next day. They refilled it, but a couple of months later the check-engine light came on. Another service center told me the oil quality was poor and that I now need to replace the VVT solenoid, a repair costing over $600.
