  I had great experience while renting a car from enterprise. The employees are so proffessional and friendly. The car i used for more than one and half month was very in good shape.

  You make an online reservation, and when you arrive, you are surprised to find that what you booked is not available. After traveling a long distance, you discover that what was agreed upon through the online platform does not exist in reality. On top of that, the prices are different—the online price does not match the price upon arrival. They then cancel the original reservation and force you to make a new booking at a higher or different price, taking advantage of the fact that you have already arrived and wasted your time and effort. A very bad experience and an unprofessional company. I do not recommend booking with them again.

  Reasonable, good customer service and like them for having many local branches, which cuts down on the exorbitant airport taxes.
