Five days later, while driving, the engine completely seized and the car broke down on a main road. A mechanic later confirmed the engine failed due to lack of oil, and metal shavings were found, indicating the oil change was not properly performed. When we contacted the shop, management was unhelpful and dismissive. We were given inconsistent information, no documentation, and no claim or incident number. They refused responsibility without doing any real investigation. This situation left my mother-in-law without transportation and caused significant stress and expense. Based on our experience, I would not trust this location with vehicle service. “This matter has been reported to the appropriate agencies for review.”

John was honest and told me I didn’t have to do a tire rotation and I didn’t need an air filter. He informed me it was done on my last visit and being that I am a woman I could have easily been taken advantage of. I appreciate John for being honest and highly recommended getting your car serviced there !!!!!! 👍🏽
