- MLMaya LimFeb 22, 20265.0I had a really great experience at this AutoZone. When I walked into the store, Rewah (sorry I might be spelling his name wrong) immediately asked if I needed help and assisted me right away. He went to the back to grab the battery tester and helped check my car battery. While I was waiting, another employee also asked if someone had already helped me. I told him yes, and it made me feel like the staff there really care about their customers. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The store was also very clean and organized. 10/10 – Highly recommend shopping at this location!

Walked in no one was in the store and i stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledge so i spoke up and asked for a battery tester. When Mikayla came to test the battery, while the screen was blank waiting for her to begin the test, she was too busy texting than to just hit start before responding to her text. Then when i went to purchase the new battery i had to stand again waiting while Mikayla sat there on her phone texting. I’m not a stickler about sending a quick text but at least acknowledge the person standing there. When i went to swap the battery, i didn’t have my tools on me as i was in a friend vehicle, so the other associate tried looking for a 10mm and ratchet that i could use and the tools were no where to be found so they had to open tools for their stock on the sales floor. The customer service i have received today was completely unacceptable. The down fall is when Bob the store manager is there, he’s very attentive and takes care of you and helps, but now i see as when he is not there, the store falls apart and doesn’t know how to operate.
