  Enterprise wasn’t very smart sending me a link to review them on Google after the scathing replies I gave them on their Customer Satisfaction Survey just now. My wife and I are Retired Seniors living on a tight budget kind of like a mosquito’s ass stretched over a rain barrel. With our car needing expensive repairs before it was okay to take on any trip beyond local and buying Christmas Gifts for the grandkids we were in a very tight spot… I checked our bank account daily since December 26th when we returned the car at 11:30 hoping to see the $300 Deposit refunded to our bank account. On January 2nd a full week later I called Enterprise to see what was going on with our Deposit and the person on the phone said they had been very busy and the rental hadn’t been closed out yet. He then added that the car had been returned after the noon deadline and was taking the additional 1 hour charge off the rental, this did nothing to placate my anger and only infuriated me more as I had returned the car at 11:30 with the rental agent telling me, “You’re all set!” as I went outside to catch the bus that passes in front of their office at 11:45… Darn right I was all set on January 2nd finally as our Social Security and Pension Checks had been deposited and I was on my way to the store for some desperately needed grocery shopping ending our senior cat food cuisine experience caused by the delayed refund of our deposit… I’ll never give Enterprise a deposit ever again they are not trustworthy!!! Okay the cat food cuisine was an exaggeration but my plans on taking my wife on her birthday dinner At Lenny & Joe’s did get scrubbed which may have been worse than cat food cuisine…

  Why would you take a reservation if you don’t have any cars? Arrived to find a gentleman who said go to Old Saybrook, and then left.

  Car dirty on the outside (seagull crap, etc). Car pulled to the right. In town not a big deal but we drove the car to Colorado so on long straight aways on Interstate 80 it got tiring holding the car in the lane. Also, the 4 wheel drive service light kept going on. I asked for a car in tip top shape given the length of our drive and was told by the agent that "all our cars are in tip top shape." Well, unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It didn't interfere with our trip at all thankfully. I've rented with Enterprise before, not with this facility and have been equally disappointed. Not sure what's going on with the company. May or may not rent again. We'll see. Thankfully, we don't rent cars much.
