They are unreliable and cannot be counted on to fulfill our business needs. When calling, the staff are unfriendly and seem eager to get off the phone as fast as possible. We relied on their check in/check out email receipts to verify transactions, but the sending of those emails was inconsistent requiring us to have to call after every rental. They overcharged us twice out of our six rentals with them. When making a reservation where the staff couldn't confirm the availability of truck, they would assure us they'd call back to confirm. They never ONCE called back.
