- DMDan MyersAug 14, 20221.0Terrible parking garage. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a resident at a nearby apartment building and pay $110/month to park here. Their entrance & exit gates are constantly having issues. Today, my access card would not work and I could not exit the garage for 3 appointments and errands. I even tried purchasing a ticket (even though I pay monthly and shouldn’t have to do that), and their machines wouldn’t even let me do that. There was no staff member on duty and no one answers the phone. I was literally locked into the garage all day and could not leave at all. I missed all 3 of my appointments. Totally unacceptable. Terrible service. I have reported them to the CT Department of Consumer Protection. I was beyond livid. I had to sit home all day and do nothing and miss all my appointments.
