  I've parking at this garage for over a year, and it's pretty decent for the most part. But at this point the parking garage needs to do more to prevent collisions when cars are exiting and entering at the second level. There is one turn you have to make when exiting to Pearl Street. This corner is treacherous and I've almost been hit more times than I can count trying to exit. There are multiple two-way signs for oncoming traffic but they never yield to that. People entering can't see you exiting and you can't see them. Leading to many close calls because neither party can see each other, and those entering don't yield to the two-way signs. At this point the parking garage should really add some kind of reflective mirror or even block off those two parking spaces for better visual. I'm definitely tired of all these close calls, no matter how slow I go oncoming traffic takes that turn ridiculously fast and never see me until the last second trying to exit.

  Huskies game day go to parking. Not too crowded can get in and out quickly. Attendants are friendly and rates are very reasonable.

  Locked my car in their garage overnight without warning. Refused to help me access it. Stuck in Hartford by myself, called asking for help shared feeling unsafe and having no where to go and a child I needed to get home to care for!! Mind you, this was as their gates closed in front of me as I tried to walk into the garage. They said they were “sorry for the inconvenience” and refused to help me despite having employees at other near by locations who could have easily taken 5min to assist me. I’ve never experienced a garage that literally steals your car and threatens your safety and well-being like this. Will never use their garages or lots again. Highly recommend protecting yourself and your property and avoiding at all costs!
